Designed by Judith and made in Orkney by her team of experienced knitters these traditional Fair Isle patterned luxurious fringed scarf is handmade in soft Scottish Lambswool and Italian mousse yarns . Judith's designs reflect the colours and textures of Orkneys wild and stormy seascapes as in this picture taken at the Broch of Birsay. This is so wearable, cosy to touch and has gorgeous handmade fringes. This scarf is one size only.
Judith uses a fully fashioned method for making her collection and each piece is shaped by hand on a small domestic knitting machine then sewn together and finished by hand. When you buy a piece from Judiths collection you are truly buying an item that has been painstakingly made in a home and not mass manufactured. Judith's designs reflect the colours and textures of her homeland, Orkney.
