Handmade on the Island of Shapinsay this smoked tomato chutney was devised for The Island Smokery by Glynis from Orkney Islands Preserves in Shapinsay , Orkney . Excellent served with cold meats and cheese. and has a nice smokey taste and is made using local tomatoes grown in Birsay, Orkney.
We also use this product with many of our dishes in our Cafe in Orkney
