Designed by Judith and made in Orkney by her team of experienced knitters these traditonal " Peerie " design Fair Isle pattern jackets are lightweight and luxurious and are handmade in soft Scottish Lambswool and Italian mousse yarns and beautifully finished with matching individual runic buttons with two front pockets.
This design reflect the colours and textures of the sea and shorelines of Orkney, she uses a fully fashioned method for making her collection and each piece is shaped by hand on a small domestic knitting machine then sewn together and finished by hand. When you buy a garment from Judith you are truly buying an item that has been painstakingly made in a home and not mass manufactured.
